Nutrition is going well...I did not need to resort to my pushups/sit ups last night as I did not feel hungry as we were watching House. I dont think I ever really was hungry any of those other times either...it was pure habit! I did have a few handfuls of raisins...not really handfuls more like bunches, before bed and I was good. I was hungry this morning though and had apple pie in a glass...YUM!
I know it has only been 2 days but I am loving that I feel more under control. It seems like other things are in focus and under control as well...Work, kids, masters program, evening just remembering things...where as when I am not eating and exercising like this, everything feels out of whack and I can just feel it in body AND mind that things aren't right. There really is something to say about control and routine bringing sanity.
Today was also the first day back to Bootcamp after a week off...the studio looks amazing! It was great to be back and pushing my body to the max. Nothing else compares to it.

Great job today! I think you hit the nail right on the head. Having control over your nutrition and your health (and life!) makes for a much more sane individual. And nothing, absolutely nothing, compares to Ben's Bootcamp! Glad you had a good day! Keep up the great work. We're on our way!
ReplyDeleteKeep on plugging away Jule!! Remember that if you're hungry (like stomach growling hungry) before bed, it's ok to have a snack. Just make it mostly protein (like a protein shake).. you can have brownie batter with berries. Ben's always said, don't go to bed hungry..
