Good Morning everyone!! And Happy Easter!
I woke up this morning not only excited about it being easter morning but also about the next 90 days! Now some of you may be wondering, why 90 days?? I guess its because it helps me stay focused when I have a time frame. Not that I am going to drop everything after the 90 days are up...it just breaks things into smaller, more manageable chunks. I am ALL about the chunks baby!! So my last post was a "pre" post to the 90 days, an introduction to what we are doing and why. Todays post is similar to that, another "pre" post but this one...has...gulp...my pre pics. I am putting it all out there...like I said, I am my own worst critic and I know that the people who will follow this are not the type of people who will make judgements or ridicule me. So I had my darling husband Scott take these pics of me in a sports bra and SHORTS!! I should tell you now that shorts are a nemesis of mine. I DO NOT where them in public so to put them on the web is a big deal for me! I also took some close up pics of my most hated body parts...my upper arms and my legs. I have also posted my goals for the next 90 days...a tip from my buddy Lisa who is undertaking this challenge with me. Have a wonderful Easter!
Goal 1: Lose 25 - 30 lbs
Goal 2: drop 2 pant sizes (I am comfortably wearing a 20-22; would like to comfortably wear an 18)
Goal 3: drop inches in my upper arms
Goal 4: wear a pair of shorts this summer
Goal 5: beat my time in the CornField Mile Run (an annual race at school)
